We spent a night in Union Square. Mom worked at Macy's for over 4 years when they lived here just after they were married. It was fun to get to hear how much has changed.
Jacob and Grandpa shared a banana split, though I think Jacob ended eating most of it. They were stealing ice cream out of each others spoons.
We met up with Merrill and Lisa at the Oakland Temple to enjoy the lights, it was windy but fun.
On Christmas Eve, we went to Muir Woods. Jamie and I had never been and it was a good excuse with visitors here.
It was kind of a strange Christmas Eve activity, but is was really nice to take some time out of the crazy and think of the Savior and His creations.

We had a great time and I really appreciated Mom and Dad leaving their house to come celebrate at ours. They were here for 10 days and we loved every minute of it.
